Understanding Our Pricing

All prices shown are fixed fees – there are no hourly rates or hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay, regardless of how long your case takes.

We require 50% payment when we begin work on your case, with the remainder due once the work is completed. If your financial circumstances make this difficult, please speak to us – we may be able to arrange alternative payment plans.

If you need multiple services (for example, a benefits health check followed by application support), we can often offer a combined package at a reduced rate. Get in touch to discuss your specific needs.

Common Questions About Our Services

Absolutely. Many people are entitled to claim several different benefits simultaneously. Our Benefits Health Check is designed to identify all the benefits you might qualify for, and we can then support you with multiple applications if needed. We often create package deals for clients who need help with more than one benefit.

We understand that money can be tight, especially when you're waiting for benefits to be sorted out. We're willing to discuss payment plans that spread the cost over several months. In some cases, we can also point you towards free advice services if our fees are genuinely unaffordable. Please just be honest with us about your situation.

We can't guarantee any specific outcome because ultimately the decision rests with the Department for Work and Pensions or tribunal panel. What we can guarantee is that we'll prepare your case as thoroughly as possible, present the strongest evidence available, and advocate for you throughout the process. Our success rates speak for themselves, but we'll always be honest about your chances.

This varies enormously depending on which benefit you're claiming and whether any challenges are involved. A straightforward Universal Credit claim might be sorted in 5-6 weeks, while a PIP application can take 3-4 months. Appeals to tribunal can take 6-9 months or longer. We'll give you a realistic timeframe at the start and keep you updated if there are any delays.

Yes, in certain circumstances benefits can be backdated. The rules vary depending on which benefit you're claiming. Universal Credit can usually be backdated up to one month if you have good reason for the delay. Some disability benefits have different backdating rules. We'll assess whether backdating is possible in your case and help you request it if appropriate.

If a tribunal doesn't find in your favour, we'll review the decision with you and discuss whether there are grounds for further appeal (which is only possible in limited circumstances involving legal errors). More often, we'll look at whether circumstances have changed enough to justify a new claim. Our fee covers representation at the hearing itself – any work beyond that would be quoted separately.
